Senior Silverlight Developer 

Silverlight, WPF, C#, Visual Studio 2010, .Net4, SQL, Specflow, MVVM, Scrum, XP 

My client is the leading provider of real-time trading software for Brokers, Traders and Exchanges. A role as senior silverlight developer has now become available with the successful silverlight developer working with the frontend team to ensure that my clients new trading frontend is the best in the marketplace. The successful silverlight developer ensure efficiency and performance of the team in a project environment 

The following skills are essential: 
* Strong experience with Silverlight or some experience with both Silverlight and WPF. 
* Expert knowledge of C# 
* Experience of building frontend applications (full product lifecycle) 
* Experience in some of the following technologies: Visual Studio 2010, .NET4, .NET3.5, WPF, WCF, LINQ, Rx, MSMQ, MVVM, Web Services, Microsoft Expression Blend, MS SQL Server, Specflow 

Responsibilities include: 
* Provide technical and problem domain expertise in Silverlight and frontend design 
* Mentor staff across the organisation in Silverlight 
* Work as a senior member of the frontend team helping to push a new frontend out to clients 
* Produce high quality code with automated tests 

Experience of building frontends for trading applications and experience of Scrum, XP, pair programming, test driven development if viewed as beneficial as is knowledge of Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development.
