It is essential that you have a proven track record in Retail Banking Branch management with an excellent record in team management and development as well as solid financial products knowledge and commercial awareness. Responsible for managing a flagship branch this is an ideal opportunity for someone to manage a large team of 25-30 staff within a prime location. Recent retail banking experience within a large branch of similar size is essential for this position - as a minimum you must be used to managing a team of 15-20 on a daily basis within a Retail Banking organisation.
Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring your team delivers outstanding customer service, managing and delivering your store business plan and budget and building strong relationships with local businesses.
You will also reinforce all operational processes and risk and compliance procedures and take responsibility for complaints handling and resolution.
