A tier one Investment Bank is looking for a Technical Architect for their Managed Accounts platform. The platform caters to a broad investor base, offering funds for direct access or tailored exposure through structured wrappers for customized risk / return profiles, including UCITS hedge funds, hedge funds and long only absolute return funds across Irish UCITS, Cayman and QIF Non UCITS umbrellas.

You will partner with the Managed Accounts business to drive and shape the front to back Managed Account Technology Platform to facilitate projected business growth. The successful candidate will define the technology roadmap for the Managed Accounts business and be responsible for the technical implementation of this to meet capability, functionality, experience, capacity and resiliency objectives, finding automated solutions for manually driven tasks to make it scalable and efficient.

To be considered for this role you must have deep specialist knowledge of the IT requirements of a Managed Accounts platform and all associated fields such as Hedge Funds, Prime Brokerage, Risk Systems, Performance reporting and Structured Products. The technologies used include J2EE, Oracle & Crystal Reporting, with the IT projects being run using the SCRUM agile methodology.
