As a Regional Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Excellent awareness of the financial services marketplace in a Mortgages, Bancassurance or Branch network role.
• High levels of motivation and a passion for sales
• A successful track record of leadership in a challenging environment
• A flair for building internal and external partnerships
As a Regional Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
• Providing inspirational leadership to branch teams
• Heading up a team of Area Managers and Flagship Managers
• Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and embedding the principles of TCF
• Balancing risk control and revenue generation
What we will be looking for in you:
To succeed in this key role, you will need the proven ability to lead large teams responsible for delivering first-class customer experience. You will also need the commercial acumen to help us capitalise on an already excellent market position.
