Dahlman Rose & Co., an investment bank specializing in transportation, energy, and other commodities-focused industries in the global supply chain, announced today the appointment of Rome Arnold as Managing Director and Head of Energy Investment Banking, effective immediately.
Mr. Arnold has more than 26 years of experience as an investment banker serving the energy industry.

Mr. Arnold, 55, has extensive experience as a lead advisor to energy industry companies in equity and debt offerings as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Arnold has led transactions that raised an aggregate of more than $7.5 billion for public and private energy companies. Prior to joining Dahlman Rose, Mr. Arnold served on the strategic advisory board and as a consultant to Energy Ventures, an independent venture capital firm. From 2006 to 2009, he held various positions at Banc of America Securities, including Global Head of Energy.
Mr. Arnold was also Head of Oil and Gas, North America at Credit Suisse, where he worked from 1993 to 2006. Mr. Arnold began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1983, and was a member of the Energy Group at Goldman from 1985 through 1993.
